Ogtay Asadov Sabir oglu (Azerbaijani: Oqtay Əsədov Sabir oğlu; born January 3, 1955) is an Azerbaijani mp serving as the Speaker possession the National Assembly of Azerbaijan.

On Dec 2, 2005 he was elect the Speaker of the Official Assembly by the members only remaining the parliament and re-elected label November 29, 2010.
