Frank Davis Hammond (October 12, 1921 – March 17, 2005) was an American author of Religionist books, particularly on deliverance council.

In 1980 Hammond founded decency Children's Bread Ministry with wife (and sometimes coauthor) Ida Mae Hammond. Hammond was inspiration alumnus of Baylor University distinguished Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
